1st Parameter -  Scale = 1 ; 2nd Parameter-  Multiplier = 5; Chart properties automatically select the "SCALE 5 POINT PER BAR"
If Scale - 2; Multiplier -5; Chart properties automatically select the "SCALE 10 POINT PER BAR"

Multiplier - 5 (To fix scale 5 point per bar /multiple with "scale"parameter value)
