RFX Candlestick Patterns indicator enables traders with using one of the most popular price action methods in their trading strategies. This indicator automatically recognizes a set of popular bullish and bearish patterns to trade. The indicator implements a filter to eliminate a set of non-promising patterns. You can select which patterns to be recognized by the indicator. Here is the list of the patterns:
- Bullish / Bearish 3-Candle Reversal
- Bullish / Bearish 3-Inside Candles
- Bullish / Bearish 3-Outside Candles
- Bullish / Bearish 3-Soldier
- Bullish Hammer / Bearish Hanging-Man
- Bullish / Bearish Harami
- Evening Star / Evening Doji
- Piercing Line / Dark Cloud Cover
- Bullish / Bearish Meeting Lines
- Bullish / Bearish Engulfing
By default, the bullish patterns are drawn in blue and bearish patterns in red.
Input Parameters
- Alert Enable/Disable : If it sets to true, the alerts will be triggered for each recognized pattern.
- Email Notification?: If it sets to true, when a pattern is recognized, an email will be sent to the address set in the options of Metatrader 4.
- Mobile Notification?: If it sets to true, when a pattern is recognized, the user will receive a push notification on his/her mobile phone.
- Max. Look Back (0-unlimited): The max look back bars of history. Set zero in order to the indicator to run on all history data.
- 3-Soldier : If it is set to true, 3-Soldier pattern will be recognized.
- Hammer / Hanging Man : If it is set to true, Hammer / Hanging Man pattern will be recognized.
- Harami : If it is set to true, Harami pattern will be recognized.
- 3-Inside Candles: If it is set to true, 3-Inside Candles pattern will be recognized.
- 3-Outside Candles: If it is set to true, 3-Outside Candles pattern will be recognized.
- Piercing Line : If it is set to true, Piercing Line pattern will be recognized.
- Meeting Lines : If it is set to true, Meeting Lines pattern will be recognized.
- Engulfing : If it is set to true,Engulfing pattern will be recognized.
- 3-Candle Reversal: If it is set to true,Engulfing pattern will be recognized.
- Enable Bullish?: If it set to true, enables bullish patterns of above.
- Enable Bearish?: If it set to true, enables bearish patterns of above.
- Bullish Pattern Color : The color of bullish patterns.
- Bearish Pattern Color : The color of bearish patterns.
- Pattern Box Line Style : Line style of the pattern box.
- Pattern Box Line Width : Line width of the pattern box.
- Font Size : The size of the font for the name of patterns.
