Input Parameters:
- Management Type: Percent % Daily drawdown (MFF).
- Close all orders if Percent % drawdown based on equity: Set Percent with this Management Type.
- Management Type : Set Equity Close all (FTMO).
- Number of Equity to close all orders: Set Number with this Management Type.
